Golf Trails occupies a position within Emaar South, a master community that wraps around the Emaar South Golf Course. The masterplan combines residential neighbourhoods with a hotel, golf clubhouse, retail, a clinic, mosques, a nursery, a K-12 school, community parks and a district park. The project faces green hills and maintained fairways, which give the setting an open, landscaped feel.

The building follows a modern architectural language softened by natural elements.
