Setting & Concept

The Archive introduces a different approach to city living, one built around books, reflection, and the value of slowing down. Rather than treating reading as a decorative theme, the project creates meaningful spaces where residents can read, write, think,k or simply enjoy a quieter moment.

At the centre of the experience is a two-storey library containing approximately 10,000 books. From the book-inspired reception desk to the Reading Lounge, Writer’s Room and rooftop Reading Salon, every detail contributes to a home that feels thoughtful, personal and calm.

Architecture & Arrival

The arrival experience is designed to feel more like entering a private library than a traditional residential lobby. A reception desk created from stacked books welcomes residents, while illuminated drawers and two levels of shelving establish the project’s character from the first moment.

A spiral staircase connects the library levels, transforming the entrance into an inviting social and cultural space where residents may choose to pause rather than simply pass through.
