Project Details
Setting & Concept
The Archive introduces a different approach to city living, one built around books, reflection, and the value of slowing down. Rather than treating reading as a decorative theme, the project creates meaningful spaces where residents can read, write, think,k or simply enjoy a quieter moment.
At the centre of the experience is a two-storey library containing approximately 10,000 books. From the book-inspired reception desk to the Reading Lounge, Writer’s Room and rooftop Reading Salon, every detail contributes to a home that feels thoughtful, personal and calm.
Architecture & Arrival
The arrival experience is designed to feel more like entering a private library than a traditional residential lobby. A reception desk created from stacked books welcomes residents, while illuminated drawers and two levels of shelving establish the project’s character from the first moment.
A spiral staircase connects the library levels, transforming the entrance into an inviting social and cultural space where residents may choose to pause rather than simply pass through.
Interiors & Layouts
The Archive offers studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed around the natural rhythm of everyday life. The residences include carefully positioned bookshelves, reading lights, and comfortable spaces that encourage quiet moments throughout the home.
Bedrooms feature accessible shelving and dedicated lighting for late-night reading, while kitchens include space for books beside the coffee area. The interiors are designed to make reading feel like a natural part of daily living rather than an added feature.
Lifestyle & Amenities
The amenities balance intellectual, physical, and social wellbeing. Residents can spend time in the library, work quietly inside the Writer’s Room,m or unwind in the Reading Lounge and rooftop Reading Salon.
A fully equipped gym, adult and children’s rooftop pools, relaxation lounges and outdoor gardens support a more active lifestyle. Residents can also enjoy an outdoor cinema, mini golf, floating cabanas, barbecue areas and landscaped spaces designed for slower, more meaningful moments.
Investment & Connectivity
The Archive offers direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, making several educational, commercial, cultural and entertainment destinations accessible within approximately 20 minutes.
Dubai Academic City, Dubai Outlet Mall and Dubai Silicon Mall are approximately five minutes away, while Global Village and IMG Worlds are around ten minutes away. The project’s location, distinctive concept, varied apartment choices and flexible payment plans make it suitable for both residents and property buyers seeking a character-led development in Dubai.
