Binghatti SkyTerraces sits on an 11,809 sq m plot in Motor City. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road runs along one side, Dubai Autodrome lies along another, and Hessa Street and Detroit Road are nearby. Architecture & Exteriors

The tower rises 207.70 metres, with 40 residential floors above the podium levels. Its undulating façade is a deliberate design choice: the flowing form creates deep, expansive terraces, so every residence gets a generous outdoor space. The massing is shaped to bring in light and open up the skyline and panoramic views from every floor. Inside and outside blend into each other.
