Setting & Masterplan
Haven is a wellness-focused community located in Dubailand. It features green pathways, water elements, and shaded walkways, all designed to create a relaxing atmosphere for everyday living. The central "Treehouse" hub and a community stream serve as focal points, ensuring that movement, nature, and social spaces are essential aspects of the neighbourhood.
Architecture & Exteriors
Modern low-rise homes line peaceful streets. Expansive windows and minimalist structures define private gardens and outdoor areas. Plot designs emphasise natural light and cross-ventilation, with shaded terraces and small parks enhancing comfort throughout the year.
Interiors & Layouts
You can choose from villas that have 3 to 6 bedrooms and townhouses with 3 to 4 bedrooms. The floor plans are open and functional, designed to enhance storage, flow, and family living.
